1. General Provisions

By using the website Turkish Club, you agree to this agreement.

2. Platform Services

Turkish Club — an online platform for publishing and promoting businesses, featuring automatic translation of storefronts, subscriptions, and a personal account.

3. Role of the Platform and Third-Party Services

Turkish Club is an informational online platform that helps users find service providers and contact them directly.

Turkish Club:

is not a travel agency;
is not a tour operator;
does not organize trips, tours, transfers, car rentals, delivery, or other services;
is not a contractor, seller, reseller, agent, or party to the transaction between the user and the service provider;
does not combine individual services into a travel product or package deal;
does not accept payment for service providers’ services on its own behalf.

Any application, request, or inquiry submitted through the platform is sent directly to the relevant service provider.

Agreements regarding the terms of service provision, deadlines, cost, payment, refunds, and other conditions arise directly between the user and the service provider.

Turkish Club does not participate in the conclusion of transactions, does not control, and does not guarantee the provision of services.

All responsibility for the provision of services, their quality, legality, and compliance with legal requirements lies solely with the service provider.

4. Terms of Access

You are at least 18 years old
You provide accurate information
You comply with applicable laws

5. Account and Licenses

To publish your business, you must:

Register
Purchase a license
Follow the listing rules

Licenses are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to third parties.

6. User Responsibilities

Prohibited:

Posting false, offensive, or prohibited content
Using automated tools
Disrupting the platform’s operation
Using the Turkish Club brand without permission

You are fully responsible for your content.

7. Payment

All paid features of the platform are provided on a prepaid basis.

Turkish Club does not participate in the payment for services provided by suppliers and is not responsible for settlements between the user and the service provider.

8. Intellectual Property

The name and logo of Turkish Club are registered trademarks in Turkey.
The use of the brand’s symbols is permitted only to companies listed on the platform.
Copying, imitation, and distribution without permission are prohibited.

9. Termination of Access

In case of a violation of the terms
On suspicion of fraud
As required by law

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee:

Constant availability
Results or profits
Compatibility with your software

11. Limitation of Liability

Turkish Club is not liable for:

the actions or inactions of service providers;
the quality, safety, or legality of services;
the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of obligations by service providers;
financial settlements between the user and the provider;
loss of revenue, data, or reputation;
failures of third-party services and infrastructure.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for using the platform over the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the company for any losses caused by a breach of this agreement.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alanya, Turkey.

14. Changes

We may amend this agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updates.
