1. General Terms and Conditions

By using the Turkish Club website, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

2. Platform Services

Turkish Club is an online platform for publishing and promoting businesses, with automatic translation of showcases, subscriptions and a personal account.

3. Terms of Access

You confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You provide accurate data
You are in compliance with applicable laws

4. Account and licenses

To publish your business you must:

Register
Purchase a license
Follow the posting rules

Licenses are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Duties of the user

It is forbidden:

Post false, offensive or prohibited material
Use automated tools
Disrupt the platform
Use the Turkish Club brand without authorization

You are solely responsible for your content.

6. Payment

All paid features are provided on a prepaid basis. Turkish Club is not responsible for third party payment system failures.

7. Intellectual Property

The Turkish Club name and logo are registered trademarks in Turkey.
Only companies listed on the platform are allowed to display the brand identity.
Copying, imitation and distribution without authorization is prohibited and will be prosecuted.

8. Termination of access

We have the right to suspend or delete an account:

In case of breach of terms and conditions
On suspicion of fraud
If required by law

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is". We do not warrant:

Continued availability
Profit from hosting
Compatibility with your software

10. Limitation of Liability

Turkish Club is not liable for:

Loss of revenue
Errors of third party systems
Data loss
Internet or equipment failures

The maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

11. Indemnities

You agree to indemnify the company for losses caused by your breaches of terms and conditions.

12. Applicable Law

The agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey. All disputes shall be adjudicated in the courts of Alanya, Turkey.

13. Changes

We may modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
