Debt Collection Methods in Turkey

Debt collection is carried out in two main ways:

1. Judicial Route (Court + Enforcement Proceedings)

2. Administrative Route (Faster and Simpler)

Security Deposit (For Foreigners)

If the creditor is a foreigner and there is no legal assistance agreement between his/her country and Turkey, the court may require a collateral deposit.
