**Who are the persons protected against deportation?

Even if a deportation order is issued for the following foreigners deport will not be applied:

2. Those whose repatriation is life-threatening due to health, age or pregnancy

3. Those with life-threatening illnesses

If there is no appropriate treatment in the destination country.

4. Victims of human trafficking

People in the protection program.

5. Victims of physical, psychological or sexual violence

Deportation is not possible until the treatment process is completed.

How to Appeal a Deportation Order

Foreign national:

General rule:
