Aleppo Governor Azzam al-Garib reported that life has gradually returned to normal in the neighborhoods of Ashrafiyya and Sheikh Maqsoud and that more than 90 percent of the population has returned to their homes after the liberation of these areas from the terrorist organization YPG.
